When integrating leak testing with compressed air as a test medium into a test bench or industrial production process, there are many aspects to consider. Even small effects or seemingly minor issues can have a major impact and unnecessarily complicate the testing process.
These include the selection of a suitable test method, the type of adaptation, the material and installation of the measuring line, the preparation of a suitable master part, the design of the test stand and its installation location, the consideration of external influences and the execution of the series of measurements to determine the measuring equipment capability.
